Wrapped Neese's Sausage Balls
Breakfast in under 30 minutes? Yes, please. Nothing fancy here. Just 3 ingredients that make a symphony in your mouth.
You can use any kind of sausage you want, but I prefer Neese's Country Sausage because of it's delicious peppery bite. Not familiar with this local NC brand? Well, allow me to introduce you. This sausage has the perfect blend of seasoning because it's a recipe that has been around for nearly 100 years!!! You don't mess with perfection like that.
Did you know that Neese's is made in Greensboro, North Carolina? I love knowing where my food comes from and supporting fellow North Carolinians. That's something I can get (and eat) behind.
There are lots of takes on this quick recipe but I've adapted my version to be easily replicated. You'll probably have most of these ingredients in your pantry. *Wink*
